Injured Boucher in Doubt for Rest of Test
08-Feb-2010 15:20:00 GMT

Nagpur: South African wicket-keeper batsman Mark Boucher was sent to hospital on Monday after he suffered from back spasms during the third day of the first Test against India.

Boucher went through a series of tests to ascertain the seriousness of the injury.

Though reports are yet to be out, it seems like the keeper might be ruled out for the rest of the first Test, and may be doubtful for the second Test as well.

AB Devilliers filled in behind the wickets on the day.
