Shikhar recovers from injury, fit for Irani Trophy

New Delhi: Delhi top order batsman Shikhar Dhawan has recovered from his thumb injury and will join the Ranji Champions for their Irani Trophy tie against the Rest of India at Vadodara from September 24 to 28.

Dhawan, who had to pull out of the India A squad due to a right thumb injury during a camp in Bangalore last month, will replace Gaurav Chhabra from the 15-member Delhi squad that was selected fro the Mohammad Nissar Trophy.
